Helping and Caring = I voluntarily helped other students or teacher today, and stayed on task during the whole class.
Self Responsibility = I stayed on task the majority of the class with just a few minor distractions
Self involvement = I got involved in the class even though I did not really feel like, and I also talked with my friends about unrelated topics.
Participation = I worked very slowly today and took lots of opportunities to talk to my friends, but I did do something.
Irresponsibility = I made no effort to do anything today; I just didn’t feel like it. I tried to distract others or got “in trouble” for something I did or said.
